To ensure each customer is completely happy, we guarantee all Yogikuti products to be free of manufacturer defects and to perform to the highest quality standards & provide the best quality service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any item from us. Your order can be returned for a full refund product price.

Return & Exchange:

 You can apply for a return or item exchange within 7 days of the item’s arrival.

  • Customers can cancel their order before the item is shipped for delivery. After the item has been shipped, the shipping amount can’t be refunded. You can demand a refund of the product amount only or item exchange without shipping amount as per the Policy.
  • In case of a refund: Only product amount excluding shipping will be refunded within 7days of returned product arrival at our Yogikuti office, Pune.

 Return & Exchange may not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • If the item has been damaged/made defective by the customer. (except for the package of clothing being opened to check the item)
  • The item’s value has decreased remarkably due to the customer’s usage/consumption. (ex: Breaking the seal of the product)
  • If Product value has decreased remarkably due to its time-sensitive nature and it cannot be re-sold.
  • Unrecoverable liability has been made to the seller due to customization or unique production of items.
  • To apply for a return or exchange, you will bear the cost for the shipping and delivery cost for the round trips. Unless the seller is responsible for the item discrepancy or defect.

International Delivery:

Once the item has been shipped overseas for international delivery, the return will not be accepted unless the item that you receive is a discrepancy or a defect.

If you receive a defective item, you can contact us directly via email: sales@yogikuti.com  with the photos of the defective item, order no:#0000, and the name of the buyer. all details are necessary for a quick process.
