Curvature Plank

The Curvature Plank is very useful for pranayama practice. It helps to open up the chest. A curved plank can be kept behind the chest and used to practice pranayama.

To benefit entirely from Pranayama practice, the lungs have to be functioning at total capacity. Sometimes, fatigue does not happen, and the curvature plank can be used to prevent that.

The plank can be placed behind the chest and held onto by your arms to compel you to broaden your chest. The chest cavity opens up because of this and gives the lungs more room to expand when you are taking deep breaths during pranayama. The plank is made of solid wood and curved in the right shape to enable you to hold it accurately behind your back. It is a perfect size that fits all and has smooth edges to prevent sliding from your grip.
